Mandala Massage is an approach to wholistic massage that integrates techniques from Esalen, Swedish, Shiatsu, Polarity, Reflexology seemlessly. The goal is a total release of tension in the whole body. The focus is not on muscles, per se, nor on one part of the body at at time, but rather on bringing the client into a refreshing state where time and space melt into a flowing sense of well being in the present moment.
